Paul is a chartered accountant with 20 years professional experience. For 16 of those years Paul has specialised in taxation and is now a tax partner in Barnes Roffe LLP, a firm of chartered accountants with 16 partners and approximately 120 staff. For three years prior to joining Barnes Roffe, Paul worked in the film business and has extensive contacts with banks, lawyers, completion guarantors and other industry professionals.

His work and experience in the film business includes advising producers and other professionals in connection with tax based film products, working with financiers and producers with their budgets and finance plans, dealing with completion guarantors, and advising producers on whether a film should qualify as 'British' for tax purposes.
