Misty came to us in January 07, she is a Boxer with a great personality and a mind of her own. A wonderful dog indoors but get her outside she changes completely, she used to be up for trouble with other dogs and even growling and whining at people too. I dreaded taking her out, in fact, I wouldn't go out without my husband because I couldn't hold or control her.
I first heard of Lynne from a friend, I arranged a home visit, and to cut a long story short, Misty and I have come on in leaps and bounds since that day, with good sound and sensible advice.
We now train off lead in a group class surrounded by other dogs. My confidence has grown and Misty is a changed dog. Thanks to Lynne's expertise I really am enjoying being Misty's owner and she also has confidence in me.
JAN AND MISTY (BOXER)
When we introduced Breeze to our household, Scooby became more aggressive towards other dogs in close proximity to his new sister. We needed help. Initially we contacted Lynne to come and have a home visit which really opened our eyes about canine behaviour and managing dogs in our home. We learnt more in an hour with Lynne than all the time we had spent researching dog training and behaviour of Ridgebacks! It was worth every penny and we thoroughly recommend this to anyone, experienced or not. We now have two very happy, obedient Ridgebacks who are a pleasure to us both. We attend regular training classes, keeping our dogs focused and well behaved as well as trying new activities such as agility, new commands and socialising with other dogs. Now, it's a nice feeling when people stop us in the street and comment on how well behaved our dogs are.

When we arrived home from the course Bliss came through the door and it was 3 hours later when she moved for the first time! As you predicted, she was shattered! Previous training we have undertaken - whether with Bliss or our previous dogs - by comparison with your course has addressed only part of the dog's needs. We came away shattered too, but also delighted with what you have helped us achieve.
The standard of training we expected to be high, but it exceeded our expectations. With dogs (and perhaps more relevantly - people) at different standards with different needs you somehow dealt with all of us and the talks were great.
I am just home from my training class and I feel so disappointed I could of walked out. The difference between the residential course last week and where I have been tonight just cannot be described.
SHEILA & ANDREW WITH BLISS THE ROTTWEILLER
We got Brandy from a rescue centre when she was about 18 months old having been found abandoned and undernourished tied to a park bench. Although fine with our family everyone else was seen as a threat causing aggressive reactions both in our home and outside. Walks were a nightmare with constant aggression to people, dogs, cyclists and vehicles.
After months of stress we enrolled on Lynne's Residential Course and can honestly say that we have not looked back since. We were so impressed with the standard of training that we enrolled in group classes and now make the 130 mile round trip each weekend.
We were once contenders for "Dog Borstal" but today Brandy is a totally different dog. We are going from strength to strength and are indebted to Lynne and the rest of her excellent training team for the continued help and support we receive.
HAZEL WITH BRANDY (GERMAN SHEPHERD)
I had a 1-2-1 with Lynne and came home with specific instructions for Cain and have never looked back. Previous training was not working so I looked to Lynne for help.
We now enjoy and look forward to weekly training sessions, with other dogs, which I thought could never happen. I have learnt some excellent training techniques and now have a much happier relaxed dog. We understand each other better as a result. I can't thank Lynne and the team enough. They are there to help and are always friendly and welcoming.
LYN WITH CAIN (GERMAN SHEPHERD)
Alfie was a typical 'happy go lucky' Staffie until five years ago he developed a serious noise phobia as a result of fireworks being let off near him. On
walks any noise, a car's central locking, a child bouncing a ball or distant shooting caused him to bolt home or lie on his back. In the house opening a can of drink or the toaster popping would set him off. Despite referrals to two behaviourists and several courses of 'doggy prozac' his fear became so bad that he was living in a constant state of anxiety and near panic. We had been advised to rehome him somewhere quiet or consider euthanasia.
We contacted Lynne and following an initial home visit we made some simple changes and started attending weekly classes at the training ground. Alfie now trains weekly, and despite the distant gunfire provided by a nearby gun club, he completes his exercises with confidence, off lead! Lynne's gentle but firm approach using fun and rewards to create a positive experience, along with the support and patience of her team have got Alfie back to enjoying his daily walks across the fields. At home he is calm and relaxed and no longer worried by everyday household noises.
Whilst we are not expecting to be able to train Alfie as a gun dog any time soon, it is great to see him back to his old self and enjoying life again.
