Support for External Candidates

We can help, even if your not our student, we have staff who work as External Verifiers for Leading Governing Bodies, who can help you, to complete your Qualification. If you are struggling with your NVQ, and you’ve tried to work with your current provider but don’t seem to be getting anywhere, contact us we may be able to help!
How do we Work?
• Firstly we need to have an initial discussion to see what course you’re doing, what you have achieved and also what you need to do.
• We then need to Contact your provider, and work with them to help you to complete your Qualification.
• We then need to see “ALL YOUR WORK”, yes you really do need to do “YOUR WORK”.
• We will then give you an ACTION PLAN of what needs to be done, before we visit you.
• Once you have completed your Action Plan, we will make a plan with you to come to visit you in your workplace; we will do an Intensive Observation and Assessment Session, which are usually done in a two day intensive session. In this session we will check to make sure that the Action plan has been completed, Do Professional Discussions, Carry out Observations, we will also help you in Portfolio building, and show you how to do your cross referencing.
• We are here to work in conjunction with your current provider, therefore to supplement the work that your current provider has done for you. If we have to carry out the full amount of observations, assessments, professional discussions, this could incur further costs to you.
• It is also important to note that, we are not here to do your work for you, we are here to help with guidance, Assessments, professional discussions etc, NOT to do your work.
• Our time is as valuable as yours, we have lots of people wanting our help, so use our time to the best of your abilities, please complete tasks set out in your action plan by the times agreed, otherwise you are just wasting your money!
• Intensive sessions MUST be planned in Advance, they will be confirmed in writing with dates, locations and times, and the Interactive session must be paid for in full at least one week before the planned session.
• Any Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the date of the agreed session, cancellations will incur a charge of £100, to cover our costs, cancellations between 47-24 hours before the agreed session, will incur a charge of 20% of the amount payable, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the amount payable.
